Vitamin C contributes to the normal formation of collagen for the normal function of blood vessels, to the protection of cells from oxidative stress, increases the absorption of iron, and together with vitamin B12 and folate, to the normal function of the immune system. Furthermore, vitamin B12, iron and folate are involved in the cell division process.
How to use : take 1 capsule a day to be swallowed with water.
