The ingredients are the same as our regular Mega B-100 formula. However, in this product, each mega-potency tablet contains all of the B-Complex vitamins in a special base which provides for the gradual release of ingredients over a prolonged period of time.
Directions of Use:
As a dietary supplement, one tablet daily, preferably with a meal.
